Receptionist

The role

The Receptionist is a role that will be the front face of our Grade II* Victorian Oxford Town Hall in the heart of Oxford city centre delivering excellent customer services to all of our customers and visitors. The venue hosts thousands of events a year from wedding and conferences to key civic events and Christmas parties.

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in a customer facing role and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will also be a good communicator, well organised and be IT literate with a flexibility towards working hours.

The role is Monday to Friday, 15:30 to 19:00
