Part Time Recruitment Consultant

AJ Chambers is an award-winning and ambitious specialist recruitment business, focused within the Accountancy Practice, Commercial Finance, and Legal Practice sectors, based in Rochford, Essex.

We are looking for a part time experienced recruitment consultant to join our commercial / in-house finance sector, working alongside our accountancy practice team, as well as an already established Senior Consultant.

This is an opportunity perfect for someone seeking flexibility, with experience in recruitment.

This position would report into the Operations Director, and right person could build a team around them, or simply just build their own desk.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experienced in 360 recruitment
• Client portfolio management experience
• Strong use of pro-active candidate sourcing methods
