Description
Responsibilities for the Head of HR:
Drive strategic initiatives for workforce planning
Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legal requirements
Implement policies to promote a positive organisational culture
This is a strategic role and will be supported by an Advisor who looks after the operational HR activites.
Profile
A successful Head of HR should have:
Proven experience in a leadership role within an HR department
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
Job Offer
A salary of £50,000 per anum FTE and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
