This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments. Working flexibly to include some weekend working  

What it's like to work here Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll be part of the team based primarily at Greenway. 
Greenway, once Agatha Christie’s holiday home and sitting on the Riviera Dart is part of a dynamic and exciting portfolio, welcoming both local and international visitors across the year, including many group visits. Greenway is home to an internationally significant National Trust collection and impressive woodland garden, there is always something going on here. What you'll be doing

The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.

Who we're looking for

• Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Great team player

• Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills

• Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload

• Well organised and attention to detail

• Advanced IT Skills
