We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join us at Woolsthorpe Manor. Because we are in a rural area, your own transport is essential.

Hours: Part-time hours, working 855 hours per year. You'll work across Thursday to Monday on average 3 days a week, and will need to work at least one weekend day. Shifts will be worked 9am to 5pm.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. This works out as on average 22.5 hours per week from February to October. The property is then closed November to beginning of February.
Salary: £11.88 per hour (£23,166 per year pro rata).
Duration: Permanent contract.

What it's like to work hereYou'll report to the Food & Beverage Manager, and be based at Woolsthorpe Manor (Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG33 5PD), the birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton. As well as the house, there is a second-hand bookshop and Newton's barn coffee shop, serving a range of drinks, snacks and light meals with outdoor and indoor seating available. The property operates with a small team where departments work closely together to ensure a great visitor experience.

What you'll be doing As a Team Leader, you’ll be giving day-to-day support to your team, to make sure they’re consistently giving great service to everyone who comes to the café.
