Description

• Establish strong and secure financial controls
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.
• Produce monthly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyse financial data and present financial performance trends.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Support the management in strategic decision-making.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• Chartered Accountant status (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller / Finance Manager or 2-4 years in industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in financial software.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
