Warwickshire County Council is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join its in-house legal team and provide expert advice and guidance on construction law matters. 
 
The position will allow you to strike an excellent work-life balance with true agile working. On top of this, you can take advantage of the benefits that come with a non-corporate practice. You’ll see cases through to completion, enjoy a high level of responsibility and get more hands-on experience while getting a better work-life balance and greater flexibility. 

You will work on a variety of construction projects, drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts with internal and external clients, including developers. You will also act as a technical expert on construction law and keep up to date with the latest developments and best practices. 
 
We have pioneered a system of agile working which provides our lawyers with the opportunity to work within the office environment and remotely.  Our positions are full time at 37 hours per week, but we are also open to part-time working.
