Vacancy - Claims Administrator
We are looking to recruit a Claims Administrator for our client in Nailsworth. You will be an important part of a small office team providing excellent customer service and administration support.
Responsibilities:
Checking technician reports and transferring them to varied client systems.
Answering incoming phone calls.
Filing online records and photos of jobs.
Arranging technician visits to properties and entering on Outlook.
Liaising with our Nailsworth warehouse cleaning and restoration personnel in respect of work in progress.
Requirements:
Familiar with Microsoft Office and comfortable with working on various industry specific online portals (training given).
Have a "happy to help" attitude and be confident and supportive in dealing by phone and email with clients.
Be well organised and responsive to enquiries or requests for assistance from fellow teams’ members and clients.
