Part-time Administrator

The position is currently 3 days per week (22.5 hours), but can be flexible on the days and if its full or part days - so flexibility with 3, 4 or 5 days - the team can also be flexible on hours.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support the CS manager providing all aspects of admin support for the CS team and wider CS manager role including compliance. To provide sales support as directed

KEY DUTIES

1. Assist the Customer Service Manager in maintaining necessary admin processes to ensure the business complies with legal obligations.

2. Manage general supplies - stationery, uniform etc. as required

3. To administrate the agents’ commission as required monthly.

4. To provide admin support for any special projects for Customer Service Manager.

5. To provide admin support for any issues of compliance as required.

6. To provide admin support for any issues of HR management as required - including minute taking, maintenance of records, booking training etc.

7. Assist the Customer Service Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining customer service standards for QMS reporting

8. Assist the Relocation and Residential teams with sales support as directed by the CS Manager during busy periods and holidays

9. Provide site sale prices and manage payments as required for both internal team and direct client enquiries as directed by CS Manager

10. To contribute to, and follow at all times, the firm’s policy on Treating Customers Fairly and the FCA Code of Conduct (COCON).

11. Coordinate general enquiries into shared mailbox.

12. To carry out any other duties/responsibilities as required within reason.

13. To comply with Terms and Conditions as described in the Company Handbook.
