Location: Farnborough

Starting salary: £11.73 to £12.80 per hour with regular salary progression

Performance-related reward scheme - performance rewards ranging from £500 to £1,000 based on 3 months' consecutive results.

We are looking for experienced and self-driven Customer Service Advisors to join the team. Your role will primarily be to provide consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service to both the parents and children holding accounts.

Part time shift options available:

Mon 12-8 & Sat 10-6 (15hrs)
Sun 12-8, Mon 8:30-4:30 (15hrs)
Fri 8:30-4:30, Sat 12-8 (15hrs)
Sun 12-8 & Mon 4-8 (11.5hrs)

Please note that the above options are fixed shifts, therefore you must be able to commit to at least one of the options in order to be considered.

What you’ll do as a Part Time Relations Advisor:

  • Deliver excellent customer service via incoming calls from customers
  • Provide customer support via internal systems to answer email, phone & Live Chat queries
  • Responding to queries and comments made via social media
  • Assisting with general technical queries about the website and mobile app
  • Answering queries regarding customer statements and financial activity
  • Providing friendly, helpful advice to both parent and child account holders
  • Administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks etc.)
  • Support the Customer Service management team

Our ideal Part Time Customer Relations Advisors have:

  • Proven customer service experience, whether from a contact centre or other customer-facing environment such as retail, hospitality customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Motivation to provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Happy working in a committed, busy, customer service team
  • Strong technical skills - happy to learn new systems
  • Working knowledge of Excel & Word
