Onsite Coordinator - WEEKEND SHIFT

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Northampton!

We're looking to recruit a Weekend Onsite Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team and support one of our key clients.

Reed supply flexible and temporary workforce solutions through Angard Staffing to Royal Mail sites all across the country, managing year round recruitment as well as seasonal peaks.

HOURS OF WORK: Saturday & Sunday ONLY, 16 hours per week

Early Shift 05.30am - 14.30pm, Mid Shift 13.30pm - 22.30pm, OR Late Shift 21.30pm to 06.30am.

What's an Onsite Coordinator?

An Onsite Coordinator represents Reed and Angard Staffing on-site with the client. You’ll be managing our flexible weekend workforce, handling queries, and helping to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders on-site.

You'll be:

  • Managing Angard staff on-site

  • Handling queries from workers and clients

  • Working closely with our centralised delivery and deployment teams

  • Identifying and helping to resolve gaps in deployment

  • Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders onsite

  • Working as part of a close-knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for candidates with experience working onsite in a warehousing/logistics/distribution environment. Transferable experience from similar roles would also be considered.

It's also essential that you:

  • Have an understanding of the working environment

  • Have strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders

  • Experience working as part of a diverse and multi-functional team

  • Have strong computer literacy and are able to learn new systems and software
