HR Adviser
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (FTE) plus company pension.
Roundhay, Leeds, LS8 2AL - Remote work available one day per week if working 5 days
Permanent, 25-35 hours per week over 4-5 days (between 8.45am - 5.30pm daily - exact hours negotiable)

Job Description:
As the HR Adviser at Winston Solicitors, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive range of HR services. Your primary responsibility will be to foster effective working relationships to support the Firm's growth strategy and create a positive work environment. Reporting to the People Partner and being directly accountable to the Partners of the Firm, you will ensure the HR landscape across the Firm is meticulously maintained, with up-to-date documents and policies that are compliant with legal requirements.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide high-quality HR advice to Management and Partners on a wide array of HR issues, ensuring your knowledge is always current. Building strong relationships with senior leaders and management across the Firm, you will gain a deep understanding of their work to offer relevant HR solutions. Your duties will encompass managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR system maintenance, payroll support, and advising on reward and recognition policies.
