I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a Part Time Executive Assistant This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business based in the Kirkham area. Reporting into the Operations Director these are the things you will be responsible for:
Providing an efficient, effective and confidential service to Executive Team
Being the first point of contact for the Executive Team
Managing diaries and organising meetings
Booking and arranging travel and transport
Organising events
Preparing reports and presentations
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous executive assistant experience. Being well organised, proactive and having excellent attention to detail are all essentials for this role.
Please note my client are looking for someone to work approximately 20-25 hours over the course of the week, and the role is hybrid.
