Position

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by undertaking various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. Your responsibilities will span across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR support.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience in a HR administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Utilise Word, Excel, and PowerPoint confidently

Desirable

  • Desire to obtain CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic employment law and regulations that need to be considered within the role
  • Familiarity with software and systems, preferably HR software and systems, ADO and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of basic AI technologies and how to apply them responsibly to enhance the quality of HR work
