I am seeking a keen Administrator to join a busy team in Westbourne. This role is open to both trainees and individuals with administrative experience. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive environment that values growth and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide administrative support to the team.
Handle client queries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records and manage client data with confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
Adapt to various tasks which may include policy changes, renewals, and claims administration.
Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and client services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience is preferred, but trainees with a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in standard office software and the ability to learn industry-specific systems.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
