My client, a top tier international law firm, is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their tier 1 ranked Clinical Negligence department in Birmingham.

You will be handling your own mixed caseload, as well as assisting more senior solicitors and Partners with their complex, high value files. You will be advising several clients, that include NHSR, NHS Trusts and private hospitals and practitioners. You will also be getting involved with business development.

Due to their reputation in the market, my client brings in high quality work. You can also get involved in regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests, regulatory hearings, and judicial reviews. My client takes progression and individual growth seriously, you will be encouraged and provided with training opportunities to develop your skills such as secondments and will be given clear direction about what is needed to progress.

My client is looking for someone with 1-5 years PQE with previous experience handling or assisting on a litigated Clinical Negligence caseload.
