HR Business Partner

This role requires a highly motivated HR Business Partner who can travel across the region & work collaboratively across this not-for-profit organisation supporting service managers.

Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Work closely with service managers across the region acting as a strategic business partner.
  • Support business needs through effective recruitment, on-boarding, and talent management processes
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on any HR related queries

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Ability to travel 2-3 days per week.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary package between £45,000 to £50,000pa.
