As a Sales Administrator, you will be office based and responsible for building client relationships and assisting them through the sales process.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role:

  • Take enquiries from customers
  • Follow up with them to negotiate the sale
  • Update the database
  • Communicate with customers through email and phone calls

Qualifications and Skills of the Sales Administrator role:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing or sales role
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate and maximise sales opportunities for the company

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have a full, clean driving licence.
