Job Title: Recruitment Co-ordinator

OVERVIEW

This key role will lead and coordinate all aspects of Ador Resourcing recruitment. The post holder will work closely with Director to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely and efficient manner, and that we are sourcing and recruiting the very best candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ?

Talent acquisition/attraction - 50%

  • Boost awareness of roles available via targeted recruitment methods and social media presence;
  • Build relationships with applicant sources
  • Initiate, manage, and develop candidate relationships
  • Host online sessions to advertise vacancies to prospective candidates and agency contacts;
  • Shortlist applicants in line with KPI requirements;
  • Develop resources to offer an insight into the day to day activities of the role, for prospective candidates;
  • Support the team to ensure all recruitment is informed by equity, diversity and inclusion principles;

Resourcing and processing - 20%

  • Maintain effective relationships with prospective candidates and with candidates onboarding to a role;
  • Management of the recruitment mailbox, ensuring queries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Working alongside the team to support candidates with the onboarding process;
  • Work with the recruiting managers to ensure they have all vacancies live on the our applicant tracking system and with external agents through our master vendor platform (Magnit/e-tips) and others
  • Lead on shortlisting of candidates and all communications during application process;
  • Ensure all offer requests are processed via relevant process and in a timely manner.
  • Quality and effectiveness of their own services, and for delivering integrated services.

Co-ordination of all recruitment activities - 20%

  • Close liaison with the team in relation to current requirements and opportunities;
  • Ensuring recruitment requests are processed quickly once a role becomes available;
  • Co-ordinate and host assessment centres for shortlisted candidates;
  • Collating feedback on all recruitment processes;
  • Supporting with the implementation of the company’s new recruitment system;
  • Be the first point of contact concerning all recruitment matters;
  • Lead on arranging start dates with candidates who have completed the onboarding process.

Reporting to Director - 10%

  • Produce a staff report to Director on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring it is accurate and captures all recruitment activities;
  • Responsible for accurate data collation and analysis, including tracking all placements and vacancies;
  • Report back and respond to recruitment needs of the service to Director

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Ability to produce reports Director;
  • Strong query handling and administrative skills;
  • Experience in building and leveraging relationships, and establishing rapport with colleagues and candidates;
  • Motivated and able to identify opportunities to maximise exposure of job vacancies, including developing relationships with staff and candidates
  • Strong IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Office;
  • Be able to work under pressure and deliver a high-volume workload;
  • Committed to being a positive contributor to the team;
  • Demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach to work;
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately.

Desirable

  • Prior recruitment/sales experience and a strong interest in this field;
  • Event management experience. The post holder will be required to be present in the office as necessary to ensure that they are present during interviews, assessment days, and meetings
