Accounts Assistant Cheltenham

Our client a superb employer within the motor industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant at their main franchised car dealership.

Basic - £23,775 per annum

Primarily the role is within the purchase ledger department, so it would involve a high volume of data entry, reconciling of statements, ad hoc payments and compiling monthly payment runs.

The Role

The role of the Accounts Assistant is to maintain an efficient and methodical system in all matters which relate to vehicle stock book invoice and cashbook entry of bank transactions and related matters. To ensure accurate records are kept and maintained daily, maintaining clarity and precision in all transactions and recording and passing all messages expeditiously and accurately.

About you

You will need to be a well organised individual who is computer literate in MS Programmes. Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage. You will be able to prioritise workload whilst working to deadlines.
