A taste of what you’ll be doing

You will deliver and enhance pricing compliance controls to drive the right commercial and customer outcomes for our Residential and SME base.

Working closely with the other members of the analytical and data community, the Commercial Team and our colleagues in Go to Market you will ensure we are delivering consistent and compliant pricing and messaging.

You will be the gatekeeper of testing and issue resolution for pricing - including pricing related messaging in comms and T&C’s. You will pick up and own this space during projects like price cap and be comfortable running a comprehensive testing plan and providing updates to the project.

• Have experience of working cross-functionally and the ability to build strong relationships.

• Tableau skills are a bonus (building and updating reports).

• Champion process improvement and have proven experience in issue management and problem solving.

• Strong communication skills, able to translate detailed analysis into simple, digestible insight & recommendations.

• You can think customer as well as commercial outcomes.
