Pay: £36,000 + £5k car allowance pro rata

NonStop's client, based in the East of England, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis 4 days a week.

They are a Non-Profit organisation with a Good Ofsted rating. As a non-profit organisation, they are dedicating to leading with a child centred approach, ensuring the best outcomes for children and young people which gives you greater job satisfaction knowing you will be making a positive impact.

Along with this, the role is solely supervision. This means you won't be required to complete Form F's, giving you the chance to build lasting relationships with foster carers without the added stress of assessment work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and train foster carers
• Manage a caseload in the Essex area
• Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining.
• Experience working within a fostering team
