Training Adviser - Motor Vehicle

Salary: £22,289 - £24,909 pro rata, per annum

Hours: 18.5 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

The Role

Working as part of the apprenticeship team you will work closely with the Motor Vehicle Assessor to manage the apprenticeship journey from onboarding until end point assessment and completion. The role will involve enrolment of the learner onto programme and working with the Motor Vehicle Assessor and employer to create an individualised training plan, which meets the needs and ambitions of the apprentice and enables them to achieve end point assessment and be successful in their chosen career.

What we are looking for

You will need to hold a level 2 qualification in Maths and English and hold or be willing to undertake a recognised Health and Safety Qualification to IOSH level or equivalent.

Up to date knowledge of apprenticeship provision is essential as is the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets. As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
