HR Manager

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in London on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the employee journey within our organization, focusing on recruitment, development, and staff well-being. As the Part-Time HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive HR function, formulating HR strategies to support organizational growth, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a comprehensive HR function, including drafting operational documentation and implementing induction processes
Formulate HR strategies to support organizational growth, drive initiatives, surveys, rewards, benefits, and succession planning
Maintain accurate HR records, ensure compliance with data protection, GDPR, and employment law
Plan and deliver training programs, coordinate appraisals, and manage the employee assistance program
Collaborate closely with the finance team for effective payroll processing
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, aligning with our organization's Christian ethos
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR organizational and administrative experience
Degree-level education or equivalent
HR professional certification/CIPD membership preferred
Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of GDPR, employment legislation, and contracts
Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 for 3 days per week (£40,000 to £45,000 FTE)
