Job Description
Morgan McKinley are currently working with a global education business to assist in sourcing a SOX controls candidate for an initial 6 month period
The role will involve the following in relation to SOX compliance,
- Assist with the execution of the controls assurance and transformation activities.
- Assist with the roll-out and implementation of standardised controls across the group.
- Create control design assessments. Work alongside Internal Audit to develop a testing plan with each of the regions for operational effectiveness. Perform remediation activities.
- Process and review updates to control documentation to ensure updates to process flowcharts and controls are current and aligned with internal control guidelines.
- Assist with the overall group risk assessment on Finance Controls and build controls reliance.
