This role is offered on a Part-time basis, working 29.6 hours per week.

Day to day duties

  • To Manage the Apprenticeship Employer journey process for the ApprenticeshipSales and Recruitment team.
  • Ensure all training service agreements and requests for service are completed by the team within audit timescales.

  • To prepare and manage the Apprenticeship Digital Account on behalf of Weston College for all Levy and Non-Levy employers, ensuring funding is received, miss match reports are actioned to maximize income.

  • To monitor filing and administer departmental record keeping.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Level 2 IT qualification or equivalent.

  • Secretarial/Administration qualification at level 2 or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 3 years recent relevant experience in an administrative environment.

  • Confident communication skills and able to express information and ideas in a manner that is appropriate, concise and accurate.
