About the position:
Are you a forward-thinking, results-driven, collaborative, and consultative partner? Do you have a passion for connecting top, diverse talent with opportunities and strategizing the best way to do so in the constantly evolving recruiting marketplace?

PGIM's Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition to support our PGIM businesses, translating business and talent strategies into recruiting plans.

The ideal candidate you have experience forming relationships, influencing stakeholders, building strategies, and performing flawlessly. Experience with leading recruiting practices, processes, assessments, and technologies is required.

This role will work a hybrid schedule from our London office.

What you can expect:

  • Develop and sustain relationships within the business which enable and facilitate valuable hiring practices across experienced hiring.
  • Lead a small team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, recruiting/ sourcing strategies, selection criteria, recruiting metrics across the PGIM businesses within the region.
  • As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, direct and lead projects and recruiting related activities across the Talent Acquisition Organization.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment processes, maximizing Workday and the use of data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a regional subject matter expert on recruiting strategy, policies, and procedures within the businesses.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and industry networks.
  • While leading the function, you will also carry an active load of requisitions.
What you will bring:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, demonstrating success in building and leading a high performing team.
  • 5-7+ years of experience within a Talent Acquisition function.
  • Asset Management market knowledge and experience working in the UK and European markets.
  • Experience in building and leading sourcing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to inspire change with key decision makers, HR colleagues and leadership.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good judgment with the ability to interface effectively with senior executives.
  • Utilization of market intelligence and recruitment marketing to connect with top talent.
  • Data inspired with the ability to analyze, identify key issues, and prepare recommendations.

  • Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 12 times you basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
