Part Time Operations Administrator

Medacs Global Group is currently recruiting for a part time Operations Administrator to join the Insourcing team. The role is hybrid combining working from our London or Stafford offices and remotely from home.

Part time - 20 hours per week working full time on a Tuesday and Thursday then on Wednesday mornings.

You will provide day to day operational administrative support for all insourcing clients and candidates, maintaining regular contact. Liaising with internal Medacs departments when needed and supporting the Insourcing Team deliver its contractual obligations by carrying out general administrative duties.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with the Client and updating systems
  • Managing the Rota allocations and highlighting any gaps
  • Contact confirmed candidates to advise them of assignment details
  • Ensure internal systems are updated with all updates regarding documentation.
  • Recording the candidate's shifts worked
  • Coordinate and process payroll and invoicing
  • Create, update, and maintain all associated
  • Management of all shared mailboxes ensuring all queries are responded to or directed to appropriate team member to action within agreed timescales
  • Assist with collation of documentation for audits and the Insourcing Compliance team where required
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality and delivery of service is always maintained
