THE JOB:
Overall, the job involves dealing with a wide variety of enquiries from sales to service:
- Accurately processing orders
- Solving issues whilst delivering great customer service.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Recent customer service experience in an office
- Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook
- A good eye for detail and good at problem-solving
- Confident on the telephone and by email
- Live within a reasonable commute of Swanley, or able to get to Swanley train station.
