Our client is a fast growing start up business providing exclusive and secure dog walking fields.

We are working with them to find a dog-loving Marketing and Business Development Executive to work with the owners to take the business to the next stage.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and expand market reach.

Additionally, you will assist the founders in researching and setting up new locations nationally. Working directly alongside the founders, this is a hands-on role requiring a proactive go-getter looking for a variety across the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development - leading the way with measurable campaigns and initiatives

Content Creation - social media, website management, print materials

Customer Service - being a point of contact for customers with questions

Business Development - assisting the founders with research in new locations and opportunities

Brand Management - keeping the brand relevant and active

  • Proven experience in marketing and business development roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques, with hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with contractors and partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Hands-on, can do attitude with a passion to be part of growth
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
