Deputy Home Manager
Pay rate: £23 - £25 per hour (depending on experience, negotiable), Earn up to £52,000 per annum + Excellent additional benefits!
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Hours: 40 hours supernumerary (Monday - Friday), with some clinical shifts.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:
* Ensuring adherence to the NMC code of conduct
* Implementation of CQC regulations
* Staff motivation and training
* Assist with day-to-day supervision & management of home

Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:
* NMC Pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
* Experience as a clinical lead or deputy home manager
