Nigel Wright are currently working with a County Durham based organisation seeking a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role is to cover 25 hours per week over 5 days 

The Role
The main duties and responsiitbilities for the role are: 

  • Ensuring all Supplier invoices have a valid PO
  • Inputting of supplier invoices onto Sage line 50
  • Payroll (updating timesheet then input the information on to Sage Payroll) 
  • Issuing Payslips
  • Update Payroll Journals weekly
  • Input Cash Book Debtors/Creditors onto Sage line 50
  • Input Monthly Journals onto Sage Line 50

The Person
The ideal candidate will: 
  • Have experience in purchase ledger role 
  • Knowledge and prior use of Sage Line 50 software
