Part Time Office Manager Role

We have a wonderful role for an Office Manager/PA to join a tech company based in Surrey. This is the perfect role for an experienced administrator who desires a flexible role. A small company of friendly individuals who are looking for a like-minded person to join their team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing top level business support to a small office
  • Assisting the sales staff with any administration duties that occur
  • Supporting the HR team with any new starter administration that crops up
  • Making sure the office is well stocked and tidy
  • Greeting any external visitors
  • Assisting with business events

Key Attributes:
  • Someone proactive who is happy to work autonomously
  • Experience within a similar role
  • A high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the tech sector is desired
