Customer Service & Sales Supervisor

Our Client, a successful yet growing Company based in Wolverhampton, are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Supervisor to take the lead in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support for their premium brand. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, proactive and have experience in a customer service related role.

30 hours per week- 9am-3.30pm. Full time or part time 4 days per week will also be considered for the right person. Starting salary £30,000 pro rata.

The successful Customer Service & Sales Supervisor will be required to:-

  • Engage with both trade and direct to public customers; through a combination of sales activities, customer inquiries handling, and order processing to support a growing customer base.
  • Act as first point of contact for customers via email, phone and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, order tracking, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Promote product range to generate sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and produce quotations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Process customer orders.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment.
  • Maintain up to date customer records.
  • Complete general administrative tasks.
  • Please note you will not be required to manage any staff members, but will work closely with line managers to ensure an exceptional level of service is being provided.

The ideal Customer Service & Sales Supervisorcandidate will have:-

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Confident, positive approach.
  • Proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Problem solving ability
  • Experience within a small or family run business would be an advantage.
  • Analytical approach.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Self motivated, proactive nature.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with email marketing (desirable.)
  • Experience with social media (desirable.)
