About you:
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic and creative Marketing Enablement Lead to join our Global Enablement Org at The Access Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives to enable our marketing organization, ensuring that our team has the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to drive success.

Responsibilities:
Enablement Program Development
Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing enablement program to equip the marketing team with the skills and knowledge required for success.

Content Development
Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to create engaging and relevant content, including training materials, playbooks, and resources, to support marketing initiatives.

Training and Workshops
Build + manage regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and capabilities of the marketing team, covering areas such as digital marketing strategies, market trends, and new technologies etc.

Tool Adoption
Drive the successful adoption and utilization of marketing tools and technologies, ensuring that the team is proficient in leveraging these tools to maximize efficiency and results.

Collaboration with Sales
Ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances overall organizational effectiveness.

Performance Metrics
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay Current
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and sales enablement to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing enablement or a related role within a B2B technology or software organization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding + ability to demonstrate knowledge of Pipeline Generation, Pipeline Progression and Pipeline Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills along with building presentations and comms.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
