We are working with an established manufacturing company who are looking for an Accounts Office Assistant to work on a part-time basis at their office in Rochester.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in a small and friendly office environment and who is experienced and proficient with Xero accounting software.
The key responsibilities include:
Creating invoices.
Producing product certificates.
Inputting data into Xero.
Answering office phone calls.
Responding to emails.
Undertaking credit control (from time to time)
To be proficient in this role, you will need:
Experience using Xero accounting software.
Proficient with computer systems.
Well-spoken and highly organised.
The Package includes:
Salary of £16.25/hour (£20,280 p/a on 24 hours a week).
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
Company Pension.
