WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As Tech Educator, your primary responsibilities include developing thorough educational plans and curricula tailored to courses focused on Unreal Engine and Blender. Your role involves creating video tutorials, demonstrations, and interactive learning materials to enhance the effectiveness of learning experiences. Additionally, the Tech Educator will conduct engaging private tutoring sessions to offer personalized guidance and mentorship to learners. It's essential to stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in Unreal Engine and Blender, integrating them into educational content accordingly. Collaboration with the content development team is crucial for refining existing materials and innovating new resources. Furthermore, providing constructive feedback and support to learners is integral to nurturing a positive and encouraging learning environment.

TECH EDUCATOR - ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Advanced proficiency in Unreal Engine and Blender, good understanding of 3D modelling, animation, and game development principles.
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, exhibited through both written and verbal channels.
• Possess a creative and innovative mindset, capable of flexibly adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to effectively manage time to meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or instructional design is desired.
• Genuine passion for education and a strong desire to empower learners to succeed in the immersive tech field.
