To provide a flexible support service to an adult male with an acquired brain injury. Acting in an enabling capacity, the role will be to help organise appointments and correspondence; and motivate and support the client in accessing leisure, health and social services, as part of an individual programme plan.

Flexibility will be required with the possibility of work being across week days and weekends by negotiation.

Applicants must have a full driving licence with access to their own vehicle and be able to prove they have business use insurance cover.

The client would particularly welcome applicants with an Afro-Caribbean heritage.

Hours of work

8 hours per week

Working 2 x 4 hours shifts to be arranged with the client

Rate of pay

£17 per hour weekdays

£17 per hour weekend

Due to the nature of the role an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
