Main duties and responsibilities:
Develop strategies to attract and retain SME clients, in line with the company’s ethos of making law accessible and empowering.
Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their legal journey.
Co-ordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the CEO to set and achieve annual sales targets and business growth goals.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand client needs.
Deliver tailored presentations to our diverse clientele.
Negotiate and close deals while addressing client concerns effectively.
Work with the team to improve overall performance.
Essential Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a sales manager, preferably in the legal sector.
Deep understanding of law firm, or professional services operations, and client management.
Experience in B2B sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable with flexible, mostly remote work.
A law degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
What’s on offer
Part-time role: 3 flexible days per week.
Mostly remote work with bi-fortnightly in-person team meetings.
