Your Role:
As Assistant Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting regular property inspections and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting in ensuring buildings are safe, accessible, and well-serviced.
Collaborating with contractors and managing maintenance tasks.
Serving as a main point of contact for tenant queries and fostering excellent tenant relations.
Performing minor repairs and upkeep tasks.
Managing inventory and procurement of supplies.
Contributing to meetings and suggesting improvements for service delivery.
Carrying out some cleaning and porter duties.
Ensuring waste and recycling are managed efficiently within the centres’.
Who We're Looking For:
We need someone who is:
Experienced in a similar role, with a background in property maintenance.
Trustworthy and able to build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues.
Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving.
Comfortable working independently and under pressure.
Committed to providing exceptional service and supporting our social and environmental goals.
A good communicator, both verbally and in writing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Flexible and willing to work occasional hours outside the standard schedule.
