Description

  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
  • Devise strategic and practical plans for hiring quality personnel
  • Manage the entire recruitment process to meet staffing goals
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organisation
  • Organise learning and development programmes
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Establish a positive and supportive relationship with staff members
  • Manage the performance review and appraisal system within the company

Profile

A successful 'HR specialist' should have:

  • Proven experience in an HR role
  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS or HRMS)
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
  • Strong communication skills

Job Offer
