Suffolk County Council currently has multiple Children's Social Worker and Senior Social Worker positions available for highly motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join us.You will join us on a full or part time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £34,834 - £44,305 per annum (pro rata for part time) plus retention payment of up to £4,000 per year (pro rata for part time).

Job roles available:

• Social Workers:£34,834 - £38,223 per annum, plus £4,000 annual retention payment (pro rata for part time)
• Senior Social Workers:£38,925- £44,305 per annum, plus £3,500 annual retention payment (pro rata for part time)

• social care teams working with children subject to s17 and s47 assessment, a child in need, and child protection plans
• child in care teams working with our children in care, both children in long-term placements and subject to care proceedings.
• unaccompanied Asylum-seeking children (UASC) team
