Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a business in Leeds who are recruiting a Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a permanent position and are considering part-time and full-time candidates. They are looking for someone who will get stuck in and help assist the rest of the team with ad hoc duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Prepare and monitor budgets
Produce financial reports
Work closely with other departments to ensure financial processes align with the companies’ goals
You will need to demonstrate:
AAT Qualified and similar experience or QBE
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance role
Xero accountancy software experience
Proficient in Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
