We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join us at Dudmaston.

Hours: Part-time - 1300 hours per year, working on average 4 days / 25 hours per week. Shift lengths will be between 5 and 7 hours and will be worked between 9am and 5.30pm. Regular weekend working required as well as school and Bank holidays.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
Salary: £11.75 per hour (£15,275 per year).
Duration: Permanent contract.

What it's like to work hereReporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be based at Dudmaston (Shropshire, WV15 6QN), a working estate in Shropshire. Dudmaston is home to wooded parkland, gardens and a much-loved family home, lived in for over 875 years. There are multiple F&B outlets, the Orchard Tea-room serving light lunches, cakes and drinks, the Café in Comer Woods for takeaway refreshments, Brewhouse Café and an ice cream parlour.

What you'll be doing As a Team Leader, you’ll be giving day-to-day support to your team, to make sure they’re consistently giving great service to everyone who comes to the café.
