Role: Customer Support (Part Time)

Hours: 9:00am- 5.30pm - 3 days a week

Location: Bradford, BD5 - Parking

Salary: £23,000 plus monthly incentive bonuses of up to £4,000 per year (pro rota)

Contract: Permanent (Dog friendly office!)

Your role and responsibility:

• Speaking with your existing customers and advising on any additional products on the telephone, email and webchat
• Processing orders
• Assisting new customers by processing their product purchase via an online portal
• Following up quotes and enquiries
• Handling inbound queries, providing customers with any necessary help and information they need after they have purchased a product
• Customer file reviews, maintains customer records by updating account information
• Participate and embrace staff training and coaching. You will have the opportunity to maintain and develop your knowledge through an online training portal and actively be encouraged to progress formal insurance qualifications - should you wish.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Have strong PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook & Word
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Insurance experience would be beneficial, however, not essential
