Our clients, a well-respected independent residential lettings and estate agency, are seeking a Viewing Representative for their busy Lettings department on a part-time basis. Our client can offer full training and the opportunity to work with their close-knit lettings team based in Norwich.

Working Days:

As a Viewing Representative, you will be required to work 3 days per week including a Saturday (hours to be agreed)

The successful Viewing Representative will be offered:

• A competitive hourly rate will be depending on experience

• Business mileage when using own vehicle

To be considered for the Viewing Representative position ideally, you should have:

• A Lettings, Sales or Retail Background and be a Team Player
• An interest in property and the Property Industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• An outgoing personality and the ability to communicate at all levels
• A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

As a Viewing Representative, your role will involve:

• Attending viewings throughout Norfolk
• Preparing properties for marketing, including photography
• Matching applicants requirements & arranging viewings
• General office-based administrative duties at any of our office locations.
