Product Analyst - Debt and Finance

Bringing that feel-good energy.

We're the newest face amongst the E.ON group of companies. E.ON Next is all about creating a sustainable future, now. We're moving our energy in the right direction, one little big step at a time. Join us in our mission to bring feel-good energy.

We’re also here to make this whole energy thing way easier for our customers. Like, really easy. That means providing exceptional service and using state-of-the-art tech to do it.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Analyst with meticulous attention to detail who can translate high level customer and business problems into low level designs and solutions. If you love making things better for customers, building great products, working with technology, getting into detail and all things energy then you’ve come to the right place.

In this role, you will need a strong understanding of debt, payment and finance processes in a large energy retailer or similar organisation. Focus areas where we want to drive improvements for our customers and our organisation include direct debit, refunds, payment processing, debt collections, support for vulnerable customers, financial accounting, credit checking and credit data sharing.

We are a flat and agile organisation and plan to remain this way. We are looking for a hands-on Product Analyst that can help build our tech capability across our business as we continue to grow. It is important that we understand our customers’ problems and discover solutions that really add value. Our Product Analysts are here to transform the varied and complex problems into low level solutions and help us to iteratively build brilliant products.

You'll need a strong understanding of customers and how technology can be leveraged to support them in both the Residential and SME markets. You will need to work in partnership with the technology and operational teams at all times. Our Product Analysts need to really understand how our systems work, identify problems and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and new capability. You will work closely with the Product Managers to provide support, expertise and enable the product vision.

The Product Analyst will play a key role in the refinement, setup and launch of new tech capability. Which involves complexity across multiple customer journeys with a variety of customer types and end users. You will need to be comfortable working with 3rd party platforms and quickly learn new technology. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you!
