PART-TIME HR Administrator, Westbury

Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Job Type: Part-time 5 hours a day, 25 hours a week (flexible)

We are thrilled to collaborate with a well-known company in our search for a proactive and engaged People Team Admin. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to our People Department, contributing to our status as a UK Best Workplace. Your focus will be on recruitment and ensuring exceptional onboarding experiences for our team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold company values of being rewardingreliable, and respectful.
  • Manage recruitment administration, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep recruiters and managers informed of new applicants.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback from managers, and maintain effective communication with candidates and recruiters.
  • Conduct regular meetings with our Preferred Supplier List (PSL) to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Deliver an outstanding onboarding process for new starters.
  • Maintain the accuracy of all HR and people team documentation, ensuring professional and high-quality communication.
  • Comply with GDPR regulations at all times.
  • Provide support for company events and assist with HR tasks, including onboarding and contract management.
  • Take ownership of specific administrative tasks and report back to the team regularly
