Finance Assistant

KCR Solutions are excited to be recruiting a Finance Assistant for a successful organisation in Gosforth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and used to working in a busy environment.

Main duties will include:

  • Processing and coding purchase invoices and resolving any issues
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing credit card statements and expenses
  • Preparing weekly payment runs
  • Processing complex or repetitive invoices
  • Taking ownership of a section of the ledger and keeping up to date
  • Dealing with supplier queries via phone or email
  • Adhoc duties supporting the whole accounts function
