HR Advisor

A boutique HR Consultancy has a fantastic opportunity for a part-time HR Advisor to join the team in Harwich. You will develop your career at an accelerated rate and receive intensive training, within the supportive learning culture, providing exceptional HR advice to clients, which range from Human Resource departments to SMEs.

You will be working 4 days per week, 09:30-14:30 (but these hours can be flexible if needed).

What you’ll do as HR Advisor?
The role involves providing outstanding support and services to multiple clients, ensuring you act as the main point of contact to problem-solve HR challenges whilst building long-term working relationships. They also create Human Resource materials for their clients to use throughout their organisations.

We’re looking for a HR Advisor with:

A CIPD qualification or similar and continuing CPD
Previous HR experience
Excellent standard of English and good practical Maths skills
